Mungu, unirehemu, maana yuko atakaye kunimeza, Mchana kutwa ananionea akileta vita. Zaburi 56:1	> Be merciful to me, God, for man wants to swallow me up. All day long, he attacks and oppresses me.
Adui zangu wanataka kunimeza mchana kutwa, Maana waletao vita juu yangu kwa kiburi ni wengi. Zaburi 56:2	My enemies want to swallow me up all day long, For they are many who fight proudly against me.
Siku ya hofu yangu nitakutumaini Wewe; Zaburi 56:3	When I am afraid, I will put my trust in you.
