Kizazi kwa kizazi kitayasifu matendo yako, Kitayatangaza matendo yako makuu.
One generation will commend Your works to the next, and will proclaim Your mighty acts—

Nitaifikiri fahari ya utukufu wa adhama yako, Na matendo yako yote ya ajabu.
the glorious splendor of Your majesty. And I will meditate on Your wondrous works.

Watu watayataja matendo yako ya kutisha, Nami nitausimulia ukuu wako.
They will proclaim the power of Your awesome deeds, and I will declare Your greatness.

Watalihubiri kumbukumbu la wema wako mkuu. Wataiimba haki yako.
They will extol the fame of Your abundant goodness and sing joyfully of Your righteousness.

Bwana ana fadhili, ni mwingi wa huruma, Si mwepesi wa hasira, ni mwingi wa rehema,
The LORD is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger and abounding in loving devotion.

Bwana ni mwema kwa watu wote, Na rehema zake zi juu ya kazi zake zote.
The LORD is good to all; His compassion rests on all He has made.

Ee Bwana, kazi zako zote zitakushukuru, Na wacha Mungu wako watakuhimidi.
All You have made will give You thanks, O LORD, and Your saints will bless You.

Wataunena utukufu wa ufalme wako, Na kuuhadithia uweza wako.
They will tell of the glory of Your kingdom and speak of Your might,

Ili kuwajulisha watu matendo yake makuu, Na utukufu wa fahari ya ufalme wake.
to make known to men Your mighty acts and the glorious splendor of Your kingdom.

Ufalme wako ni ufalme wa zamani zote, Na mamlaka yako ni ya vizazi vyote.
Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures through all generations. The LORD is faithful in all His words and kind in all His actions.

Bwana huwategemeza wote waangukao, Huwainua wote walioinama chini.
The LORD upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down.

Macho ya watu wote yakuelekea Wewe, Nawe huwapa chakula chao wakati wake.
The eyes of all look to You, and You give them their food in season.
16
Waufumbua mkono wako, Wakishibisha kila kilicho hai matakwa yake.
You open Your hand and satisfy the desire of every living thing.

Bwana ni mwenye haki katika njia zake zote, Na mwenye fadhili juu ya kazi zake zote.
The LORD is righteous in all His ways and kind in all His deeds.

Bwana yu karibu na wote wamwitao, Wote wamwitao kwa uaminifu.
The LORD is near to all who call on Him, to all who call out to Him in truth.
19
Atawafanyia wamchao matakwa yao, Naye atakisikia kilio chao na kuwaokoa.
He fulfills the desires of those who fear Him; He hears their cry and saves them.
20
Bwana huwahifadhi wote wampendao, Na wote wasio haki atawaangamiza.
The LORD preserves all who love Him, but all the wicked He will destroy.
21
Kinywa changu kitazinena sifa za Bwana; Wote wenye mwili na walihimidi jina lake takatifu milele na milele.
My mouth will declare the praise of the LORD; let every creature bless His holy name forever and ever.
