Nalifurahi waliponiambia, Na twende nyumbani kwa Bwana. Zaburi 122:1

 > I was glad when they said to me, "Let's go to Yahweh's house!"

Miguu yetu imesimama Ndani ya malango yako, Ee Yerusalemu. Zaburi 122:2

 Our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem;

Ee Yerusalemu uliyejengwa Kama mji ulioshikamana, Zaburi 122:3

 Jerusalem, that is built as a city that is compact together;

Huko ndiko walikopanda kabila, Kabila za Bwana; Ushuhuda kwa Israeli, Walishukuru jina la Bwana. Zaburi 122:4

 Where the tribes go up, even Yah's tribes, According to an ordinance for Israel, To give thanks to the name of Yahweh.

Maana huko viliwekwa viti vya hukumu, Viti vya enzi vya mbari ya Daudi. Zaburi 122:5

 For there are set thrones for judgment, The thrones of David's house.

Utakieni Yerusalemu amani; Na wafanikiwe wakupendao; Zaburi 122:6

 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper.

Amani na ikae ndani ya kuta zako, Na kufanikiwa ndani ya majumba yako. Zaburi 122:7

 Peace be within your walls, And prosperity within your palaces.

Kwa ajili ya ndugu zangu na rafiki zangu Niseme sasa, Amani ikae nawe. Zaburi 122:8

 For my brothers' and companions' sakes, I will now say, "Peace be within you."

Kwa ajili ya nyumba ya Bwana, Mungu wetu, Nikutafutie mema. Zaburi 122:9

 For the sake of the house of Yahweh our God, I will seek your good.
