Akusamehe maovu yako yote, Akuponya magonjwa yako yote,
Who forgives all your sins; Who heals all your diseases;
Aukomboa uhai wako na kaburi, Akutia taji ya fadhili na rehema,
Who redeems your life from destruction; Who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies;
Aushibisha mema uzee wako, Ujana wako ukarejezwa kama tai;
Who satisfies your desire with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Bwana ndiye afanyaye mambo ya haki, Na hukumu kwa wote wanaoonewa.
Yahweh executes righteous acts, And justice for all who are oppressed.
Alimjulisha Musa njia zake, Wana wa Israeli matendo yake.
He made known his ways to Moses, His deeds to the children of Israel.
Bwana amejaa huruma na neema, Haoni hasira upesi, ni mwingi wa fadhili.
Yahweh is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness.
Yeye hatateta sikuzote, Wala hatashika hasira yake milele.
He will not always accuse; Neither will he stay angry forever.
Hakututenda sawasawa na hatia zetu, Wala hakutulipa kwa kadiri ya maovu yetu.
He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor repaid us for our iniquities.
Maana mbingu zilivyoinuka juu ya nchi, Kadiri ile ile rehema zake ni kuu kwa wamchao.
For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him.
Kama mashariki ilivyo mbali na magharibi, Ndivyo alivyoweka dhambi zetu mbali nasi.
As far as the east is from the west, So far has he removed our transgressions from us.
Kama vile baba awahurumiavyo watoto wake, Ndivyo Bwana anavyowahurumia wamchao.
Like a father has compassion on his children, So Yahweh has compassion on those who fear him.
Kwa maana Yeye anatujua umbo letu, Na kukumbuka ya kuwa sisi tu mavumbi.
For he knows how we are made. He remembers that we are dust.
Mwanadamu siku zake zi kama majani; Kama ua la kondeni ndivyo asitawivyo.
As for man, his days are like grass. As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.
Maana upepo hupita juu yake, kumbe haliko! Na mahali pake hapatalijua tena.
For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.
Bali fadhili za Bwana zina wamchao Tangu milele hata milele, Na haki yake ina wana wa wana;
But Yahweh's loving kindness is from everlasting to everlasting with those who fear him, His righteousness to children's children;
Maana, wale walishikao agano lake, Na kuyakumbuka maagizo yake ili wayafanye.
To those who keep his covenant, To those who remember to obey his precepts.
Bwana ameweka kiti chake cha enzi mbinguni, Na ufalme wake unavitawala vitu vyote.
Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens. His kingdom rules over all.
Mhimidini Bwana, enyi malaika zake, Ninyi mlio hodari, mtendao neno lake, Mkiisikiliza sauti ya neno lake.
Praise Yahweh, you angels of his, Who are mighty in strength, who fulfill his word, Obeying the voice of his word.
Mhimidini Bwana, enyi majeshi yake yote, Ninyi watumishi wake mfanyao mapenzi yake.
Praise Yahweh, all you hosts of his, You servants of his, who do his pleasure.
Mhimidini Bwana, enyi matendo yake yote, Mahali pote pa milki yake. Ee nafsi yangu, umhimidi Bwana.
