Ndipo Ayubu akajibu, na kusema,
Then Job answered,
Jinsi ulivyomsaidia huyo asiye na uwezo! Jinsi ulivyouokoa mkono usio na nguvu!
"How have you helped him who is without power! How have you saved the arm that has no strength!
Jinsi ulivyomshauri huyo asiye na hekima! Na kutangaza ujuzi wa kweli kwa wingi!
How have you counseled him who has no wisdom, And plentifully declared sound knowledge!
Je! Umetamka maneno kwa nani? Kisha ni roho ya nani iliyotoka kwako?
To whom have you uttered words? Whose spirit came forth from you?
Hao waliokufa watetema Chini ya maji na hao wayakaao.
"Those who are deceased tremble, Those beneath the waters and all that live in them.
Kaburi li wazi mbele yake, Uharibifu nao hauna kifuniko.
Sheol{Sheol is the lower world or the grave.} is naked before God, And Abaddon{Abaddon means Destroyer.} has no covering.
Yeye hutandaza kaskazi juu ya nafasi isiyo na kitu, Na kuutundika ulimwengu pasipo kitu.
He stretches out the north over empty space, And hangs the earth on nothing.
Huyafunga maji ndani ya mawingu yake mazito; Na hilo wingu halipasuki chini yake.
He binds up the waters in his thick clouds, And the cloud is not burst under them.
Husitiri uso wa kiti chake cha enzi, Na kulitandaza wingu lake juu yake.
He encloses the face of his throne, And spreads his cloud on it.
Amepiga duara kuwa ni mpaka juu ya uso wa maji, Hata hapo mwanga na giza vinapopakana.
He has described a boundary on the surface of the waters, And to the confines of light and darkness.
Nguzo za mbingu zatetemeka, Na kustaajabu kwa kukemea kwake.
The pillars of heaven tremble And are astonished at his rebuke.
Huichafua bahari kwa uwezo wake, Na kumtema Rahabu kwa akili zake.
He stirs up the sea with his power, And by his understanding he strikes through Rahab.
Hizo mbingu hupambwa kwa roho yake; Mkono wake umemchoma nyoka aendaye mbio.
By his Spirit the heavens are garnished. His hand has pierced the swift serpent.
Tazama, hivi ni viunga tu vya njia zake; Na jinsi yalivyo madogo manong'ono tusikiayo katika habari zake! Lakini ngurumo za uweza wake ni nani awezaye kuelewa nazo?</p>
Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways. How small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand?"
