About Zoravo
Zoravo, whose real name is Harun Laston, is a Tanzanian gospel artist, singer, songwriter, and minister. He began his musical journey in childhood, encouraged by his mother who took him to church. By profession an accountant, he was given the stage name “Zoravo” by an Irish missionary during his high school years.
In 2015, Zoravo founded the band Pizzicato Tanzania, launching his ministry in praise and worship. He describes himself as a minister called to impart faith, hope, and love through his music.
Zoravo’s recorded catalog includes the album Glory & Power (2023) and the album The Holy Journey (2025). His songs include “Neema Yako Yanitosha,” “Majeshi Ya Malaika (Mtakatifu ni Bwana),” “Wanakufananisha,” and “Sina Cha Kukurudishia (Asante).” He has also collaborated on tracks such as “Revival” featuring Khaya Mthethwa and “Uko Mwenyewe (Elohim)” featuring Takie Ndou.
