Lyrics

Oooooooh dunia Hiii
Ooooooh dunia
Sikujua Kama dunia inaeza kunigeukia
Sikujua Kama inaweza kunitoa machozi

Sikujua Kama dunia inaweza kuniliza
Mume wangu nenda ananifukuza
Eti Sina mtoto Leo niende wapi
Nifanye Nini
Ooooooh ooooooooh
Jifunze kumpenda Mungu
Wanadamu watakupenda wakati wa Raha

Wanadamu waneza Kukugeuka
Wewe endelea mbele
Atakukumbatia Baba
Jitie nguvu twende
Usilie nyamaza
Wewe usilie nyamaza
Usilie nyamaza
Usilie wewe nyamaza
Mtetezi yupo nyamaza
Usilie wewe nyamaza
Usilie wewe nyamaza
Mtetezi yupo nyamaza

Kwani wengine tumetenda lipi jema
Jitie nguvu tuende pamoja usirudi nyuma
Watakuheshimu Siku moja
Watamjua Mungu wako
Atageuza ndimi zao
Badala ya kunena watanena mema
Watamjua baba

Meaning & Inspiration

Usinyamaze gives voice to a person facing rejection, childlessness, ridicule, and uncertainty about where to turn. The opening lament is candid about tears and betrayal, but the song does not remain in despair. Its counsel is to love God, continue forward, and trust the Father as defender and source of comfort when human support proves unreliable. The recurring assurance that a defender is present gives the suffering described in the verses a hopeful answer.

The appeal to God as true help and refuge closely reflects Psalm 46:1, which describes God as refuge, strength, and present help in trouble. The encouragement not to turn back also suits Isaiah 41:10, where God tells the fearful not to be dismayed and promises help and strength. The lyrics expect present humiliation to give way to restored dignity and renewed testimony about God. That hope is expressed as patient trust rather than denial of pain, allowing lament, prayer, and encouragement to remain together throughout the song.
