Dunsin Oyekan's "Elohim" builds almost entirely from a single four-line declaration, repeated rather than developed: God is named Elohim, called the God of the universe, and described as beyond dispute. The song does not argue for that claim through verses or narrative; instead it simply states it again and again, using repetition itself as the form of worship rather than as a device leading toward something else.

Midway through, the song narrows further, dropping to only two lines - every knee bowing before Elohim - repeated for the remainder of the recording. That image draws directly on Philippians 2:10-11, where every knee is said to bow and every tongue confess, and on Isaiah 45:23, where God alone claims that submission. By stripping the lyric down to almost nothing but that phrase, the song mirrors its own content: a name held up with nothing else needed to compete with it, over and over, until repetition becomes the point.
