Danny Gift

Danny Gift, whose real name is Daniel Ng'ang'a, is a Kenyan gospel musician and worship leader. Raised in Mwiki, Nairobi, he began his professional music career in 2008 as a member of a trio gospel group called Fisher of Men. He gained wider recognition after appearing as a finalist on the reality television singing competition The Exodus in 2012.

Gift now serves as a worship leader at Devine Destiny Church in Kasarani. His musical style has been described as a mixture of taarab and bongo music, and he primarily sings in Swahili. His catalog of recorded songs includes “Najua Upo,” “Kazi ya Msalaba,” “Yesu Ni Wangu,” “Ee Muoyo,” “Kitu Gani,” “Wewe Ni Mungu,” “Rabbi,” and “Sawa Sawa.” Through his music and ministry, Gift continues to share his faith with listeners in Kenya and beyond.
