Na yule malaika aliyesema nami akanijia mara ya pili, akaniamsha, kama mtu aamshwavyo katika usingizi wake.
Then the angel who was speaking with me returned and woke me, as a man is awakened from his sleep.

Akaniuliza, Unaona nini? Nikasema, Nimeona, na tazama, kinara cha taa cha dhahabu tupu, nacho kina bakuli juu yake, na taa zake saba juu yake; tena iko mirija saba ya kuleta mafuta, kwa taa zote zilizo juu yake;
“What do you see?” he asked. “I see a solid gold lampstand,” I replied, “with a bowl at the top and seven lamps on it, with seven spouts to the lamps.

na mizeituni miwili karibu yake, mmoja upande wa kuume walile bakuli, na mmoja upande wake wa kushoto.
There are also two olive trees beside it, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left.”

Nami nikajibu, nikamwambia yule malaika aliyesema nami, nikasema, Ee Bwana wangu, vitu hivi ni nini?
“What are these, my lord?” I asked the angel who was speaking with me.

Ndipo malaika aliyesema nami akajibu, akaniambia, Hujui vitu hivi ni nini? Nikasema, La, Bwana wangu.
“Do you not know what they are?” replied the angel. “No, my lord,” I answered.

Akajibu akaniambia, akisema, Hili ndilo neno la Bwana kwa Zerubabeli, kusema, Si kwa uwezo, wala si kwa nguvu, bali ni kwa roho yangu, asema Bwana wa majeshi.
So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of Hosts.

Nani wewe, Ee mlima mkubwa? Mbele ya Zerubabeli utakuwa nchi tambarare; naye atalileta lile jiwe la kuwekwa juu kabisa pamoja na vigelegele vya, Neema, neema, ilikalie.
What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”

Tena neno la Bwana likanijia, kusema,
Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

Mikono yake Zerubabeli imeiweka misingi ya nyumba hii, na mikono yake ndiyo itakayoimaliza; nawe utajua ya kuwa Bwana wa majeshi amenituma kwenu.
“The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will complete it. Then you will know that the LORD of Hosts has sent me to you.

Maana ni nani aliyeidharau siku ya mambo madogo? Kwa kuwa watafurahi, nao wataiona timazi katika mkono wa Zerubabeli; naam, hizi saba ndizo macho ya Bwana; yapiga mbio huko na huko duniani mwote.
For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven eyes of the LORD, which scan the whole earth, will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.”

Ndipo nikajibu, nikamwambia, Ni nini mizeituni hii miwili iliyo upande wa kuume wa kinara cha taa kile na upande wake wa kushoto?
Then I asked the angel, “What are the two olive trees on the right and left of the lampstand?”

Nami nikajibu mara ya pili, nikamwuliza, Ni nini haya matawi mawili ya mizeituni, ambayo kwa njia ya ile mifereji miwili ya dhahabu hutoa mafuta yao?
And I questioned him further, “What are the two olive branches beside the two gold pipes from which the golden oil pours?”

Akanijibu, akasema, Hujui hivi ni nini? Nikasema, La, Bwana wangu.
“Do you not know what these are?” he inquired. “No, my lord,” I replied.

Ndipo akasema, Hivi ni hao wana wawili wa mafuta, wasimamao karibu na Bwana wa dunia yote.
So he said, “These are the two anointed ones who are standing beside the Lord of all the earth.”
