Lyrics
Verse 1
Amazing grace is The sweetest sound that saved my life
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see
He took my shame, took my pain
My Jesus gave me His Name
Now I resign, I reign with Him
All my days I will sing His praise
Chorus
Everywhere that I go, everything that I do
All I see is grace
Grace grace grace, I see grace
Grace grace grace, All I see is grace
Grace grace grace, I see grace
Grace grace grace, All I see is grace
Verse 2
Amazing grace amazing grace is the story of my life
Its not by power, not by might,
Its by the spirit of the Lord
It's not by hard-work, not by skills
Divine help is what I endure
I am not afraid, of tomorrow
I have grace, great grace
Chorus (Repeat)
Everywhere that I go, everything that I do
All I see is grace
Grace grace grace, I see grace
Grace grace grace, All I see is grace
Grace grace grace, I see grace
Grace grace grace, All I see is grace
Bridge
The hand of Jehovah is at work in my life
The spirit of Yahweh is at work in my life
Chorus (Repeat)
Everywhere that I go, everything that I do
All I see is grace
Grace grace grace, I see grace
Grace grace grace, All I see is grace
Grace grace grace, I see grace
Grace grace grace, All I see is grace

Meaning & Inspiration
“Grace (All I See Is Grace)” by Solomon Lange is a song of gratitude built on one repeated confession: “Everywhere that I go, everything that I do, all I see is grace.” The first verse borrows the familiar words “I once was lost but now I’m found, was blind but now I see” from the hymn “Amazing Grace,” and adds a personal line about Jesus taking shame and pain and giving His Name.
The second verse states where the singer places confidence: it is not by power or might but by the Spirit of the Lord, and not by hard work or skill. That is close to Zechariah 4:6. The singer also says there is no fear of tomorrow because of grace. The short bridge points to “the hand of Jehovah” and “the spirit of Yahweh” at work in the singer’s life, so the song’s idea of grace is not only past forgiveness but present help.
The long repeated chorus works like a sustained thanksgiving. Its focus is that grace explains both rescue and daily life, an idea close to Ephesians 2:8-9. The song invites hearers to notice that same grace in their own days.
