Lyrics
[Verse 1]
The birds of the air do not sow nor go hungry
I will not suffer hunger, it is certain
The wild flowers do not spin or weave their own clothing
Mine will not be difficult, I am sure
If He can beautify that which cannot breathe
How much more me?
[Chorus]
He will surely do mine, it is certain
Odaju
[Verse 2]
He has given His word concerning me
He said I should not have any doubt
The young lions may suffer hunger
A child of God will never share their fate
No matter how fierce the battles may become
I stand firmly on His unfailing Word
[Chorus]
The Lord is my Shepherd
I shall not want
The birds of the air do not sow nor go hungry
I will not suffer hunger, it is certain
The wild flowers do not spin or weave their own clothing
Mine will not be difficult, and that's a must
If He can beautify that which cannot breathe
How much more me?
[Bridge]
He will surely do mine, it is certain
If He did not spare His only Son
Because of my sins
What, then, is beyond His power to do for me?
The Spirit I have is the Spirit of adoption
It is not a spirit that keeps me enslaved to fear
I am the King's own child
You must surely see the splendor of royalty upon me
My Father can do exceedingly, abundantly,
Above all I could ever ask or imagine
Because I put my trust in You
I am more than a conqueror
[Outro]
The birds of the air do not sow nor go hungry
I will not suffer hunger, it is certain
The wild flowers do not spin or weave their own clothing
Mine will not be difficult, and that's a must
If He can beautify that which cannot breathe
How much more me?
He will surely do mine, it is certain
