Lyrics

Lindy Cofer:
All the nations they will come
Their holding broken chains
Above their heads
Singing we have overcome
By the blood of the Lamb

All the nations they will come
Holding broken chains
Above their heads
Singing we have overcome
By the blood of the Lamb

Jesus, You
You're worth it all
Every nation and every soul
Jesus, You
You re worth it all
Every nation and every soul

All the nations they will come
Their holding broken chains
Above their heads
Singing we have overcome
By the blood of the Lamb

Jesus, You
You're worth it all
Every nation and every soul
Jesus, You
You're worth it all
Every nation and every soul

Jesus, You
You re worth it all
Every nation and every soul
Jesus, You
You re worth it all
Every nation and every soul

Oh, You are worth it all
Oh, You are worth it all

Only Jesus
You are worth it all
And all the people
Will sing Your praises
All the people
Will sing Your praises
All the people
Will sing Your praises
Glory to the Lamb of God

Your praises
All the people
Will sing Your praises
All the people
Will sing Your praises
Glory to the Lamb of God

All the people
Will sing Your praises
All the people
Will sing Your praises
All the people
Will sing Your praises
Glory to the Lamb of God

All to Jesus
And all the earth
All the earth will sing the praise
They will sing Your praise
They will sing the praise of Jesus
Oh, from every tribe
Every tongue, every corner
Come on lift a shout tonight
Life a shout tonight

And we will go
Till the whole world knows
That Jesus is alive
And we will run
Burning with Your love
With Fire in our eyes

And we will go
Till the whole world knows
That Jesus is alive
And we will run
Burning with Your love
With Fire in our eyes

Oh God
Here am I, send me
Use me for Your glory
Oh God
Here am I, send me
Pick me up
And write Your story

Oh God
Here am I, send me
Oh Jesus
Use me for Your glory
Oh God
Here am I, send me
Yes, pick me up
And write Your story

Meaning & Inspiration

“Every Nation / Isaiah 6” joins a vision of worldwide worship with a personal answer to God’s call. Broken chains held overhead picture deliverance, while repeated praise to the Lamb points to victory received through Jesus. The scope keeps widening—from individual freedom to every nation, tribe, tongue, and corner of the earth honoring Christ. Revelation 7:9-10 closely matches that vision of a multitude from every people standing before the Lamb.

The later lines turn celebration into mission. “Here am I, send me” directly echoes Isaiah 6:8, and the pledge to go until the whole world knows that Jesus is alive reflects the commission in Matthew 28:19-20. The song does not separate worship from witness: praise becomes the reason to go, and love becomes the energy for service. Its repeated declarations portray Jesus as worthy of every soul and every people group. Freedom, worship, and evangelism therefore form one movement, beginning with the Lamb’s victory and continuing through willing messengers who offer themselves for God’s glory.
