Two Prayers (Father Dear) Lyrics

Gaither Music worship

Chorus:
Father Dear can you hear
The little ones you gave to me, my children
The world they face is not a friendly place
Protect them there with love and care and peace
Let every pain they suffer
Make wide their space for joy
And let them see Heaven will be
Just knowing they have finally come back home

Two Prayers (Father Dear) Lyrics

Father Dear can you hear
The little ones you gave to me, my children
The world they face is not a friendly place
Protect them there with love and care and peace
Let every pain they suffer
Make wide their space for joy
And let them see Heaven will be
Just knowing they have finally come back home

Wes: Jesus it isn't easy living in this world. Part, of the time I feel as if I don't belong here, like a stranger in a foreign country. When I talk about you people act like they don't understand my language. They look at me and listen but their eyes tell me they don't comprehend.

Todd: Lord sometimes I am so surrounded and saturated by the values of this world that I almost become used to them. It scares me to know I could lose hold on eternity and not even notice.

Reggie: Lord give us the strength to keep tearing at the cords that hold us and choke us. Help us to hear You see You, and really know You.

Bill: Father, it helps me to know that I am not alone. When we feel so helps, help us to remember, that Your love is not fragile. Your love is powerful, it changes things. No matter what we face today, your love is greater.

And let them see, heaven will be.
Just knowing they have finally come back home
