Lyrics

I can never fail, I can never lose
That's the only life I know
Full of the spirit when I step into the place
That's the only way I go

Yes I know who I am (I can never fail, I can never lose)

(That's the only life I know)
(Full of the spirit when I step into the place)
(That's the only way I go)
I got the life of God in me (I can never fail, I can never lose)
Ooh eh-eh-eh (That's the only life I know)
(Full of the spirit when I step into the place)
(That's the only way I go)

That's the way I go
(I'm a miracle eh) eh (I'm a miracle eh) eh (I'm a miracle eh)
I can never ever fail
(I'm a miracle eh) eh eh (I'm a miracle eh) (I'm a miracle eh)
I'm not ordinary (I'm a miracle eh) I know (I'm a miracle eh) everyday (I'm a miracle ehh)
It doesn't matter what I face (I'm a miracle eh) everywhere I go (I'm a miracle eh) I know (I'm a miracle eh)

They cannot explain, they cannot understand
How I prosper in everything that lay my hand
Anywhere I go I bring brightness and I glow
The hand of God is mighty in my life and it shows
I got the word of the spirit in my mouth
When I speak it (God is talking)
I got the word of the spirit in my mouth
When I speak it (God is talking)
Shey you know (Shey you know me I no fit fade)
(I get plenty grace, I'm unstoppable)
Yeah yeah yeah (Shey you know me I no fit fade)
(I get plenty grace, I'm unstoppable)

I can never ever fail (I'm a miracle eh, I'm a miracle eh, I'm a miracle eh)
You can call me miracle eh (I'm a miracle eh) eh (I'm a miracle eh, I'm a miracle eh)
Eh I'm a, I'm a wonder (I'm a miracle eh) eh I'm a miracle (I'm a miracle eh, I'm a miracle eh)
I'm a miracle, miracle eh (I'm a miracle eh)
Eh eh (I'm a miracle eh) eh eh (I'm a miracle eh)

See my life is moving from glory to glory
Oh brother I no dey bobo you eh (Bobo you eh)
Oh sister when you look at me have goodness and mercy
E dey my side e just dey follow me eh (Follow me eh)
Hmhmhmhm (See my life is moving from glory to glory)
(Oh brother I no dey bobo you eh)
(Oh sister when you look at me have goodness and mercy)
(E they my side e they follow me eh)
(Success is a sure thing, eh, failure is nothing, eh)
(I'm moving higher eh, higher higher everyday)
(Standing on the mountain)
(All I see is victory, victory all the way)
(I'm a miracle eh)

So I can never ever lose (I'm a miracle eh) I'm a miracle
(I'm a miracle eh) I'm a miracle (I'm a miracle eh)
So I can never ever fail (I'm a miracle eh) I'm a miracle
(I'm a miracle eh) I'm a miracle (I'm a miracle eh)
I'm not the man I used to be (I'm a miracle eh)
Everywhere I enter (I'm a miracle eh) everywhere they scatter (I'm a miracle eh)
This is the glory of the Lord (I'm a miracle eh) upon my life
(I'm a miracle eh) I'm a miracle (I'm a miracle eh)

I'm empowered by the Spirit of the Lord
What I cannot do, it does not exist oh oh oh
I'm empowered by the Spirit of the Lord
What I cannot do, it does not exist oh
Everybody say (I'm empowered by the Spirit of the Lord)
O na-na-na-na (What I cannot do, it does not exist oh oh oh)
It does no exist oh (I'm empowered by the Spirit of the Lord)
Hallelujah (What I cannot do he does not exist oh)

I can never fail, I can never lose
That's the only life I know ooh oh oh oh
Full of the spirit when I step into the place
That's the only way I go

Meaning & Inspiration

I’m sitting here with the stench of the pigpen still faintly clinging to my jacket—the kind of grime that doesn't just wash off in one go. You spend enough time in the dirt, chasing things that leave you empty, and you start to believe that "failure" is just your middle name. You stop believing you’re capable of anything else.

Then Moses Bliss drops this track, Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus, and honestly, my first instinct is to push it away. It’s loud. It’s bold. It’s shouting, "I can never fail, I can never lose."

If I’m being real, that feels like a lie to someone who has crashed and burned as many times as I have. My track record is a disaster. I’ve lost everything, burnt every bridge, and spent my nights counting regrets. So when I hear him singing, "I’m a miracle," I want to scoff. I want to point at my own life and say, "Yeah, look at the mess. Where’s the miracle in that?"

But then the music keeps playing, and I start listening to the grit behind the confidence. He isn't talking about his own strength. He’s talking about something—or Someone—that has completely hijacked his existence.

There’s this line: "I’m not the man I used to be."

That one hits different. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about the fact that the guy who walked away from the Father, the guy who squandered it all, simply doesn't exist anymore. It’s the theology of the cross, but without the stiff collar. It’s the scandal of grace—that God would take someone who failed at everything and decide to start a miracle in them anyway.

It reminds me of the passage in 2 Corinthians about the treasure in jars of clay. If I were a jar, I’d be cracked, stained, and held together by duct tape. But the "glory of the Lord" doesn't care about the cracks. In fact, that’s exactly where the light gets in.

I’m still uncomfortable with the idea that I can’t fail. I’ve failed enough to know the taste of it. But maybe that’s the point. Maybe the "miracle" isn't about me suddenly becoming a success story that makes sense to the world. Maybe it’s just the sheer, stubborn, unearned fact that I’m standing here at all when I should be dead or still in the mud.

It’s unsettling, honestly. It feels like being invited to a feast while I’m still wearing my filthy rags. But I’m starting to think that’s the only way this works. You don’t clean yourself up before you come home; you come home because He decided you’re worth the effort.

So yeah, I’m still smelling like smoke. But for the first time in a long time, I’m not standing in the pigpen. I’m standing in the light. And if that isn't a miracle, I don’t know what is.
