Lyrics
Children of Eden, sinners and thieves
Come to the river, find your release
Your guilty stains have been redeemed
Remove your rags, you will be free
Come wash in the river
Come drink your fill
Let healing waters
Bear away your guilt
Lay down your burdens
On that beautiful shore
Come wash in the river
Come be reborn
You weary soldier with battered shield
Come bath your wounds, you will be healed
Your heart renewed, your hope restored
Just go under the water and thirst no more
Come wash in the river
Come drink your fill
Let healing waters
Bear away your guilt
Lay down your burdens
On that beautiful shore
Come wash in the river
Come be reborn
Come to the river (come to the river)
Come to the river (lay your burdens down)
Come to the river with me (find help, find healing)
Come to the river (come drink your fill)
Come to the river (it's flowing down)
That's flowing down from Calvary
Come wash in the river
Come drink your fill
Let healing waters
Bear away your guilt
Lay down your burdens
On that beautiful shore
Come wash in the river
Come be reborn
