Say So is a call for the redeemed to speak up about what God has done. The first verse asks what it means to be saved, wondering whether it is more than a prayer or a way to Heaven, and answers that it means being His and being formed in His likeness with a purpose. The pre-chorus names that purpose as being salt and light in the world.
The hook repeats "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so," and the second verse prays that the church would arise and see with the eyes of Jesus, showing the world Heaven.
