About Ada Ehi
Ada Ehi is a Nigerian gospel singer, songwriter, and recording artist. Born Ada Ogochukwu Ehi (née Ndukauba) on September 18, 1983, in Lagos, Nigeria, she holds a degree in Chemical and Polymer Engineering from Lagos State University. Her musical journey began early; at age ten she started singing as a backup vocalist for Tosin Jegede.
Her professional music career launched in 2009 under Loveworld Records. During this time she was a member of the Christ Embassy Choir and participated in the Believers Loveworld Campus Fellowship. She is married to Moses Ehi, an entrepreneur and CEO of FreeNation INC.
Over the years Ehi has built a discography of studio albums and EPs. Her releases include Undenied (2009), Lifted (2013), So Fly (2013), Future Now (2017), Ada’s EP Vol 1 (2019), Born of God (2020), and Consecrated (2024). She also released the single “Only You Jesus.”
Her work has earned recognition within the gospel music community. In 2017 she was named West African Artist of the Year at the Groove Awards. That same year she was listed on YNaija’s “100 Influential Christian Personalities in Nigeria.” She also received a YouTube Gold Play Button after surpassing one million subscribers on her channel.
