Lyrics
Verse 1
May I never lose the wonder, of this gospel mystery
From the Heavens came a Savior, from the ground arose a King
Every day is born in darkness, every winter yields to spring
So let us speak of resurrection, even in the suffering
Chorus
You can do anything, You can do anything
My eyes will see Your glory, my eyes will see Your glory
You can do anything, You can do anything
My eyes will see Your glory, my eyes will see Your glory
Verse 2
As the sisters begged the Savior, "Come at once to Bethany"
"For the one You love is dying," but His "Yes" was not to be
As His weeping begged the question, "Could His friend He not have healed?" Oh-oh
But He still is resurrection, oh, even when the tomb is sealed
Chorus
You can do anything, You can do anything
My eyes will see Your glory, my eyes will see Your glory
You can do anything, You can do anything
My eyes will see Your glory, my eyes will see Your glory
You can do anything, You can do anything
My eyes will see Your glory, my eyes will see Your glory
You can do anything, You can do anything
My eyes will see Your glory, my eyes will see Your glory

Verse 3
Speaks the whisper in the silence, sleeps the harvest in the seed
Cradled now a new beginning, in the heart that dares believe
Crucify your hesitation, wounded expectation bring
Will you welcome resurrection? Will you crown the risen King?

Meaning & Inspiration
Welcome Resurrection reflects on Christian hope when suffering makes renewal seem impossible. Its opening images move from heaven to earth, darkness to daylight, and winter to spring, placing Christ’s resurrection at the center of every expectation. The account of Lazarus then gives that hope a concrete biblical setting: delay, grief, and a sealed tomb do not place any circumstance beyond Christ’s authority. The repeated confidence that divine glory will be seen turns uncertainty into worship without pretending that sorrow is absent.
The final verse brings the theme into personal belief, comparing new life to a harvest hidden inside a seed. Hesitation and wounded expectation are presented as burdens that can be brought before the risen King. The song therefore treats resurrection as both the historic victory of Jesus and the basis for present trust. Its language closely echoes the Gospel accounts of Lazarus and Christ’s victory over death, making patient faith its central response.
