Kim Walker-Smith is a contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter and worship leader known for her passionate performances. She gained prominence as the worship leader for the Jesus Culture Band and Jesus Culture events and also served as a worship pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California.
Growing up in a musical family, she started singing early and was part of the youth choir at Bethel Church. In 2003, she recorded her first album with Jesus Culture and released her debut solo album, Here Is My Song, in February 2008 under the Jesus Culture label.
Kim Walker-Smith is best known for her work with Jesus Culture and Bethel Music. She has released multiple solo albums, including On My Side which reached number one on the Christian charts in 2017. She has toured globally and collaborated with other artists. Her musical style is influenced by worship leaders like Misty Edwards and Suzy Yaraei.
In her early adulthood, she moved to Redding, California, and after a period of searching, became involved with Bethel Church, eventually attending their Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. After graduating and serving for a couple more years, she was hired as a worship pastor.
More recently, after the 2010s, Kim Walker-Smith focused more on her solo career. In 2021, she released two live albums, Revival Nights, Pts. 1 and 2, and in 2024, she released the studio album Trample.
