Lyrics
Intro
Let's Go
I don't know what you're going through
But we stopped by to tell you
That what's in front of you is bigger than what's behind you.
Your destiny, your promise, your future
You might as well shout before you get it
Because God sent me here to tell you
That what he has for you is gonna be BIG

I believe
That it's my season
That it's my season
You ought to declare that over your own life
Say I believe

And I believe
That it's my time
That it's my time
It's my time
It's my time
And I can feel it
And I can feel it

Breakthrough's in the room
It's yours if you want it

Meaning & Inspiration
Big is a declaration-style song about expectation for what God will do next. The lyrics open by telling listeners that "what's in front of you is bigger than what's behind you," and the repeated line "It's gonna be BIG" gives the song its hook. Phrases such as "breakthrough's in the room" and "God's getting ready to move" keep the tone anticipatory, and a call-and-response pattern invites the congregation to speak the words over their own lives.
The central image, "open the windows of heaven" and "pour me out a blessing," draws on Malachi 3:10, where God promises a blessing too large to contain. The song applies that language to personal hopes such as a promise, a destiny and a new job, so it reads as faith-filled encouragement for people waiting on an answer. Those who enjoy a lively, repetitive praise style will find the structure easy to join, since the shouted refrain does most of the work. The theology stays modest: the song points to God as the one who gives, and the hoped-for outcome rests on His promise rather than on effort.
