Meaning & Inspiration
All Yours is a worship song of surrender. It begins with repeated "I'm gonna praise" calls before settling into a simple statement of wholehearted devotion: "All I wanna be is all Yours."
The verses describe physical acts of worship, lifting hands "as high as they will go" and kneeling without shame. A later section says that being claimed and loved by God is "the perfect place to be," and contrasts it with "a lot of names" the singer once answered to when others called. Belonging to God replaces those other identities.
Near the end the lyric quotes the hymn line "I have decided to follow Jesus" and adds "no turning back," linking the song to a familiar commitment of discipleship. Related Scripture includes Isaiah 43:1, where God says He has called His people by name and they are His, and Psalm 63:4, which speaks of lifting hands in His name.
