Kaestrings

Kaestrings, the stage name of Nigerian gospel singer and songwriter Kingsley Innocent Owoicho-Oche, is a worship minister known for his acoustic-driven approach to Christian music. Born on November 24, 1993, he was raised in Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria, where his musical journey began in the children’s choir at Gospel Ministry International. He later studied Fine Arts at Ahmadu Bello University, specializing in Art History, and the name “Kaestrings” combines “Kae,” from his first name Kingsley, with a nod to his proficiency on the acoustic guitar.

Kaestrings serves as a worship minister at Eternity Network International, also known as Koinonia Global, under the leadership of Apostle Joshua Selman. His musical style is marked by acoustic-led arrangements and lyrics that emphasize spiritual intimacy, reflecting his role within the ministry’s worship culture. Among his recorded songs are “Ga Shi Nan” (He Is Here), “Rahama,” “Desire,” “Broken,” “Haske,” “Nasara,” and “Walk On Water.” The song “Ga Shi Nan” helped bring wider attention to his work as a worship artist.
