Lyrics
This is resurrection day
The old life is gone, the new has come to stay
And the sorrows of the past are turnin' into praise
This is resurrection day
Come and find a new beginning
The river of God is a river of healing
Where sins are washed in a grave called baptism
Come and find a new beginning
We're alive with the One
Who is God's risen Son
Jesus Christ, Savior King
You have changed everything
This is resurrection day
Hell's been defeated, death lost its sting
And everything that has breath is lifting up His name
This is resurrection day
Come and see that He is risen
You won't find the dead here among the living
Walk into the light of the freedom we've been given
Come and see that He has risen
We're alive with the one
Who is God's risen Son
Jesus Christ, Savior King
You have changed everything
We're alive with the one
Who is God's risen Son
Jesus Christ, Savior King
You have changed everything
Wake up, we're alive and breathing
Wake up to a stone that's rolled away
Wake up in the name of Jesus
This is resurrection day
Wake up, we're alive and breathing
Wake up to a stone that's rolled away
Wake up in the name of Jesus
This is resurrection day
This is resurrection day
We're alive with the one
Who is God's risen Son
Jesus Christ, Savior King
You have changed everything
We're alive with the one
Who is God's risen Son
Jesus Christ, Savior King
You have changed everything
Wake up, we're alive and breathing
Wake up to a stone that's rolled away
Wake up in the name of Jesus
This is resurrection day
