Lyrics
[Verse 1]
I want you to know something before this day goes any further
God already has his hand on your life
This is not a wish
This is not a hope
This is a fact
[Verse 2]
When you wake up in the morning
Before you even move
God is already working
He is watching over you
[Verse 3]
When you lay down at night time
And the world has had its way
God is still the same God
He is watching over you today
[Chorus]
God is watching over you
Not from far away but near
Every blessing you've been hoping for
Is already in the atmosphere
God is watching over you
He hasn't blinked, he hasn't slept
Every single promise that He made you
Is a promise He has kept
[Verse 4]
I pray favor finds you early
I pray breakthrough breaks the door
I pray peace that doesn't make good sense
Lands right at your core
[Verse 5]
I pray the waiting season ends
With a party and a song
I pray you'll look back one day soon
And say God took me right where I belong
[Chorus]
God is watching over you
Not from far away but near
Every blessing you've been hoping for
Is already in the atmosphere
God is watching over you
He hasn't blinked, he hasn't slept
Every single promise that He made you
Is a promise He has kept
[Bridge]
I pray restoration finds your house
I pray overflow fills your cup
I pray you never doubt again
That God is enough
[Outro]
God is watching
God is watching
God is watching
God is watching over you
