Lyrics
I'm not a stranger to shame and regret
We've all got a story to tell
But You came and found me
Offered forgiveness
That I couldn't earn for myself
Now I know
There's no condemnation
For my sin
You died in my place
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
That's the kind of love that makes no sense
He gave heaven for the cross and
Glory for the grave
It's nothing I deserve
But He still made a way
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
Well I'm not a slave to my past any longer
I'm washed in the water of grace
No record of wrongs
No reason to hide
His righteousness runs in my veins
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
That's the kind of love that makes no sense
He gave heaven for the cross and
Glory for the grave
It's nothing I deserve
But He still made a way
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
The power of hell stood no chance
The Lion of Judah came like thunder
Breaking the darkness
And tearing us out
Now we will reign with Him forever
The power of hell stood no chance
The Lion of Judah came like thunder
Breaking the darkness
And tearing us out
Now we will reign with Him forever
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
That's the kind of love that makes no sense
He gave heaven for the cross and
Glory for the grave
It's nothing I deserve
But He still made a way
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
That's the kind of love that makes no sense
He gave heaven for the cross and
Glory for the grave
It's nothing I deserve
But He still made a way
That's the kind of love I found in Jesus
That's the kind of love
