About Thrive Worship

Thrive Worship is a collective of singers and musicians serving as the worship team for Bayside Church, a multi-campus church based in Granite Bay and Sacramento, California. The group was formed in 2014 under the leadership of founding members Peter Burton, Charmaine Wells, and Corbin Phillips. Thrive Worship partners with Integrity Music for their recorded projects, creating contemporary worship music that draws on pop and gospel influences. Their mission is to teach the Word through melody and encourage worshippers, and members of the collective serve as campus worship pastors within Bayside Church.

In 2019, the group released their album A Thousand More. The project reached No. 1 on the Billboard Christian & Gospel Albums chart and No. 24 on the Billboard 200 chart. At the time of its release, A Thousand More was the highest new artist debut album in the Christian & Gospel market in the five years preceding 2019. Songs from the album include “I Still Believe (Faithful Always),” “Coming Back,” and “Always So Good.”

Thrive Worship followed with the EP Let’s Have Church in 2021 and the album Pour Your Spirit Out in 2022, which reached the Christian Top Ten. The group also released Christmas Vol. Two (2024) and the live album Praises & Prayers, Vol. 1 (2024), continuing to create music rooted in their local church ministry and shared through Integrity Music.
