Shekinah Glory Ministry is an American gospel music group and praise and worship ensemble based in Chicago, Illinois. The group originated from Valley Kingdom Ministries International and began making music in 2000. All of their albums have been released under their own label imprint, Kingdom Records. The ensemble is structured around six distinct aspects: Encouragers, Exalters, Karar, Minstrels, Signs & Wonders, and Standard Bearers. They are known for urban worship and praise music, and their work has appeared on various Billboard charts.
The group’s catalog includes popular recordings such as “Praise Is What I Do,” “Yes,” “Jesus,” “Surrender,” “Refreshed by Fire,” “The Best of Shekinah Glory Ministry,” “Fresh Fire,” and “Finished Work Reprise (Remix).” Their albums Praise Is What I Do and Shekinah Glory Ministry Live were certified gold in 2005 and 2008, respectively.
