About CAIN
CAIN is a contemporary Christian music trio composed of siblings Taylor Cain Matz, Madison Cain Johnson, and Logan Cain. The three were raised in Hartselle, Alabama, where their father served as a pastor. Their musical journey began after they won a contest to open for Dave Barnes in 2012. They are signed to Provident Label Group, a division of Sony Music, and their sound blends country and worship influences.
The group has released two studio albums: Rise Up (2021) and Jesus Music (2023), as well as the EP Wonderful. Their catalog includes songs such as "Rise Up (Lazarus)," "Yes He Can," "I'm So Blessed," "The Commission," and "I Made It." The trio has toured with artists including Chris Tomlin, Zach Williams, Casting Crowns, and TobyMac.
CAIN has received multiple honors. They won a K-LOVE Fan Award for Breakout Single in 2021 for "Rise Up (Lazarus)." In 2024, they earned GMA Dove Awards for Television Series of the Year for their original TBN app series Chasing CAIN and for Recorded Music Packaging of the Year for Jesus Music. Four of their singles have received RIAA Gold certification: "Rise Up (Lazarus)," "I'm So Blessed," "Yes He Can," and "The Commission."
Beyond music, the siblings have authored a lyrical picture book titled I'm So Blessed and a devotional called We're So Blessed. The group debuted the series Chasing CAIN on the TBN app in 2023.
