Esta 3 : 8 Esther chapter 3 verse 8

Basi Hamani akamwambia mfalme Ahasuero, Kuna taifa moja waliotawanyika na kukaa mahali mahali katikati ya mataifa walioko katika majimbo yote ya ufalme wako. Nao sheria zao zimefarakana na sheria za kila taifa; wala hawazishiki amri za mfalme; kwa hiyo haimpasi mfalme kuchukuliana nao.

Haman said to king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the peoples in all the provinces of your kingdom; and their laws are diverse from [those of] every people; neither keep they the king's laws: therefore it is not for the king's profit to allow them.
