uJesu Uyanginakekela is a Zulu worship chorus from a South African choir tradition. The opening line says, roughly, that Jesus takes care of the singer, and the next lines call Him "Saviour" who stays close. Repeating that statement three times at the start makes the comfort easy to absorb.
The second stanza widens the scope with "uJesu Uthanda Bonke Abantu," meaning Jesus loves all people.
