Lyrics
Sometimes the load gets heavy
And the road is too rough to run
The cold winters rattles my thoughts
There is no a shelter in sight
Just as my hands to tremble
And I feel like am lost on my own
I remember the words
As a child I once heard
You never travel alone
On the wings of an angel
We likely touch down
Before a moment being heavenly bound
Where the sweet Father welcome us home
And the wings an angel become our own
This world is not my home to heaven
Some may ask upon the way
Before very long You'll hear the sweet song
An angel to take me away
But I won't be sad
Though I'm leaving my family and friends
We might be apart but I know with my heart
We'll soon be together again
On the wings of an angel
We likely touch down
Before a moment being heavenly bound
Where the sweet Father welcome us home
And the wings an angel become our own
And the wings an angel become our own
