As For Me And My House is a song of family commitment based on Joshua 24:15. The first verse asks that the foundation of the home be built on God's majesty and every word He speaks fill the house, and the pre-chorus calls Jesus the cornerstone and anchor of the soul whose glory is shown through love. The chorus repeats the declaration "As for me and my house, we will serve You," with no turning back.
