About Todd Dulaney
Todd Dulaney is a gospel musician and worship leader who made a notable transition from professional baseball to full-time music ministry. He was born Todd Anthony Dulaney on December 20, 1983, in Maywood, Illinois. After being drafted by the New York Mets in 2002, he played minor-league baseball for five years before retiring in 2005 to pursue a career in gospel music.
His early work in gospel included singing background vocals for artist Smokie Norful. Dulaney released his first album, Pulling Me Through, in 2011. He is a member of the Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois, and is married to Kenyetta Stone-Dulaney. The couple has five children.
Dulaney’s success on the Billboard gospel charts grew with subsequent releases. He achieved multiple No. 1 positions on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart and was named Billboard’s New Gospel Artist of the Year in 2016. His 2016 album, A Worshipper’s Heart, earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Gospel Album. Other albums in his catalog include Your Great Name (2018), To Africa With Love: Live in Cape Town South Africa (2019), and Anthems & Glory (2021). Notable singles include “The Anthem” (2015), “Victory Belongs to Jesus” (2016), and “Psalms 18 (I Will Call on the Name)” (2020).
