About The Booth Brothers
The Booth Brothers are an American Southern gospel vocal trio known for their Christian ministry and multi-generational history. The group originally formed in 1957 in Detroit, Michigan, as a quartet featuring Ron Booth Sr. and his brothers Charles, James, and Wallace. That original lineup disbanded in 1963.
The Booth Brothers were revived in 1990 when Ron Booth Sr. re-formed the group with his sons, Michael and Ronnie Booth. Ron Booth Sr. retired from the group in 1998, and afterward the ensemble continued as a trio with various members over the years, including Joseph Smith, Jim Brady, Paul Lancaster, and Buddy Mullins. Throughout their career, the group has maintained a commitment to Southern gospel music and Christian ministry.
The Booth Brothers have released a number of albums, including This Stage of Grace, Room for More, and Speak Jesus. Their recorded songs include "He Saw It All," "Still Feelin' Fine," "Look for Me at Jesus' Feet," "Jesus Saves," and "Touch of the Master's Hand." The album Room for More earned a Grammy Award nomination for Best Southern, Country, or Bluegrass Gospel Album. The group also received nominations for two Dove Awards at the 40th GMA Dove Awards. In addition, the Booth Brothers have won multiple Singing News Fan Awards, including recognition for Song of the Year, Album of the Year, and Trio of the Year.
