About Plumb
Tiffany Arbuckle Lee, known professionally as Plumb, is an American singer-songwriter and author who emerged as a contemporary Christian music artist in the late 1990s. She was born on March 9, 1975, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and raised in Atlanta. Plumb was originally formed in 1997 as a five-piece band; the name was inspired by the Suzanne Vega song "My Favorite Plum."
Plumb's second album, Candycoatedwaterdrops (1999), won the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for "Modern Rock Album of the Year" in 2000. Over her career, she has sold more than 500,000 albums and over two million singles worldwide. Her catalog includes songs such as "God-Shaped Hole," "In My Arms," "Need You Now (How Many Times)," and "Cut." Never You Now (How Many Times) reached No. 1 on multiple Christian radio and iTunes charts in the United States and Canada. She has also released the albums Blink, Exhale, and Beautifully Broken.
Beyond her own recordings, Plumb has co-written songs for various artists, including Mandy Moore, Natalie Grant, and Mandisa. Her music has been featured in numerous films and television shows, including The Vampire Diaries and One Tree Hill. In 2017, she left Curb Records to form her own label, Plumb Music.
