About North Point Worship
North Point Worship is a collective of worship leaders, songwriters, and creatives based in Atlanta, Georgia, affiliated with North Point Ministries and North Point Community Church, the church founded by Pastor Andy Stanley. The group’s musical style is described as contemporary worship, CCM, and Christian alternative rock. They originally formed in 2012 as the worship team for the church’s high school ministry under the name North Point InsideOut. In 2020, the collective rebranded to North Point Worship, signaling a broader focus on equipping the local church and inspiring listeners to follow Jesus.
Since its early days, the group has released music through North Point Music and Centricity Music. Their debut album, No One Higher, arrived in 2012 and peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart. In 2015, they released the album Hear, which reached No. 2 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart and also entered the Billboard 200. That same year, the single “Death Was Arrested” became a standout track, peaking at No. 6 on the Billboard Christian Digital Song Sales chart.
North Point Worship continued to build its catalog with the EP Nothing Ordinary (2017), the holiday album Ring the Bells (2018), the EP Abundantly More (2019), the album Find a Reason (2020), and the album Our God Will See Us Through (2022). Through each release, the collective has remained committed to creating music designed for congregational worship.
