Joyce Blessing

Joyce Blessing, born Joyce Akosua Twene, is a Ghanaian gospel musician who began singing in church at the age of 14. She later joined the "See Them Band" in Kumasi, where she honed her live performance skills, and served as a backing vocalist for several Ghanaian artists, including Evangelist Diana Asamoah and Mary Ghansah.

She released her first album, "Obi Ntu Nyame Fo," in 2007, but gained significant recognition in 2013 with the single "Monko Moakyi." The following year, she released the album "Heavy Price," which won Best Gospel Album of the Year at the 2014 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. Also in 2014, she released "Holy Ghost Worship Volumes 1 and 2."

Blessing continued to build her catalog with the album "Agyebum" (2017) and the singles "Lord's Prayer" and "Repent." "Repent" won the Afro Fusion Gospel Song of Excellence at the 2019 Maranatha Global Worship Music Awards. She was named Gospel Artiste of the Year at both the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA (2018) and the Ghana Music Awards South Africa (2018). In 2020, she released the album "Adam Nana."

Beyond music, Joyce Blessing established a charity foundation to support deaf and blind individuals, accident victims, and the mentally challenged, reflecting her commitment to social ministry.
