Ilagosa Wa Ilagosa

Samuel Ilagosa, known by the stage name Ilagosa Wa Ilagosa, was a Kenyan gospel musician and pastor. He hailed from Bugina Village in Busali ward, Vihiga County. He was an alumnus of Kakamega High School and attended the University of Nairobi.

Before launching his music career, Ilagosa worked various jobs, including as a cleaner and watchman in Kericho. He was inspired to join the gospel music industry after being employed by the late gospel singer Angela Chibalonza. That experience led him to dedicate his life to music ministry.

Ilagosa Wa Ilagosa founded Prophetic International Ministry, through which he ministered through song. His recorded catalog includes songs such as “Sala Zangu,” “Amba,” “Camera ya Yesu,” “Sema Nami,” “Neema Imenibeba,” “Nikumbuke,” “Vindu Vichenjanga,” and “Yesu Hawezi ni-Block.”

He passed away on February 3, 2023, while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Nairobi.
