About Hannah Hobbs

Hannah Hobbs is a songwriter, worship leader, and musician based in Sydney, Australia, best known for her role as a key songwriter and worship leader for Hillsong Church. She also serves as the Creative Pastor of Hillsong’s City Campus in Sydney. Her decision to follow Christ came at age thirteen after a friend invited her to church, and she soon began serving on a youth praise and worship team as a guitarist.

Her songwriting and ministry are focused on creating scripture-rich songs intended for use by local churches. She has written and recorded a number of worship songs, including “Touch of Heaven,” “Thank You Jesus,” “Never Walk Alone,” “God Song,” “Broken Into Beautiful,” “Yes He Lives,” and “Hill of Grace.” In 2023, she released her debut solo project, an album titled Sundown.

Hannah is married to Jarad, and the couple has two children.
