About Evan Craft
Evan Craft is a contemporary worship music singer, songwriter, and worship leader who releases music in both English and Spanish. He was born Evan Kenneth Craft on April 8, 1991, in Conejo Valley, California. He began playing guitar at age 12 and started writing songs during high school. Later, he studied linguistics in college, attending schools in Spain and Costa Rica.
Craft’s discography includes the albums Giants (2012), Yo Soy Segundo (2012), Jóvenes Somos (2014), Principio y Fin (2015), Impulso (2017), Desesperado (2021), and Tierra Santa (2021), as well as the single “Be Alright” (2021). Outside of music, he co-founded a homeless mission in Los Angeles called Mi Casa.
His album Desesperado won the 52nd GMA Dove Award for Spanish Language Album of the Year. The single “Yo También (Un Billón De Veces)” received an RIAA Gold certification. Craft’s work continues to reflect his bilingual approach and his commitment to worship and service.
