David Forlu

David Forlu is a worship leader and recording artist who creates Christian music focused on prayer, Bible study, and soaking worship. Born in Cameroon, he moved to the United States in 2002. He grew up in a musical family and began playing the piano at age four.

Forlu studied for two years at the International House of Prayer University (IHOPU) and later served as a worship leader at the International House of Prayer (IHOPKC). He has been leading worship for more than a decade. His music often features soaking worship instrumentals and scripture-based songs intended to help listeners draw closer to God and study the Bible. He also operates a YouTube channel where he shares worship moments, instrumentals, and original recordings.

Among his releases are the album Psalm 91 (Mercy) (2026) and the EPs Worthy Is Your Name (Intimate Soaking Worship) (2024), Let It Rain (Intimate Soaking Worship) (2024), Holy Spirit Thou Art Welcome (Intimate Soaking Worship) (2025), and My Soul Praise (2026). He has also released the singles “Jehovah Eh (Spontaneous)” and “Fill My Cup Again (Intimate Soaking Worship).”
