About Bri Babineaux
Briana Babineaux (born August 26, 1994), known professionally as Bri, is an American urban contemporary gospel artist. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. The daughter of ministry leaders, she was involved in music ministry from childhood. She rose to prominence after a video of her singing a cappella went viral on social media.
Babineaux signed with Tyscot Records and released her debut live album, Keys to My Heart, in 2016. The album reached No. 1 on the Billboard Top Gospel Albums chart. At the 2017 Stellar Gospel Music Awards, she won New Artist of the Year and Contemporary Worship Album of the Year.
Her catalog includes songs such as "I'll Be the One," "Jacob's Song," "My Everything," "He's My Rock," "I Will Wait," and "Confident." She has served as an Assistant Worship Director at Spirit of Faith Christian Center. Her music has been sampled by artists including Kanye West.
