Annette Tenaya

Annette Tenaya is a Kenyan-born singer, songwriter, and recording gospel artist who also serves as a music minister and praise and worship leader. She began singing while in high school and later became a student at the University of Nairobi around 2013. A born-again Christian, Tenaya has described her music as a platform for winning souls to Christ.

She became the first signee to the music label Sasa Mziki and launched her recording career with the debut single “Wanitosheleza.” Her catalog of recorded songs includes “Best,” “Forever” (released as a single from the Forever EP), “You,” “Hope,” “Amani,” “Neno,” and “Nijigambe.” Through these releases, Tenaya has continued to work as a songwriter and worship leader within the Kenyan gospel music scene.
