About Aaron Keyes
Aaron Keyes is a singer-songwriter, speaker, and worship pastor. He was born Aaron Robert Keyes on September 8, 1978, in Greenville, South Carolina. He began his music career in 1998 and released his first independent album, Because, in 2003. Keyes graduated from Furman University in 2000 and later from Northern Seminary in 2018. He is married to Megan, and the couple has four sons.
Keyes has served as a worship pastor at Grace Fellowship Church and New Life Church. Beyond his local church roles, he founded 10,000 Fathers, a discipleship-oriented worship school, and Mere Worship, a network for worship pastors. These efforts reflect his focus on training and encouraging other worship leaders.
Keyes has released several albums, including Not Guilty Anymore (2007), Dwell (2011), In the Living Room (2013), and the two-part project Through It All (2016). His album Dwell peaked at No. 43 on the Billboard Christian Albums chart. His catalog includes songs such as “Sovereign Over Us” and “Psalm 62.” In 2010, his recording of “Jesus Loves Me This I Know,” recorded with Ben Smith, reached No. 50 on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart.
