Sa sigaw ng alon, 'di mangangamba
Sa gitna ng dilim, 'di ako mag-iisa
Hindi matatakot, hindi matitinag
Pagkat Ikaw, o Diyos, ang aking pagasa

Wala nang hahanapin pa
Pagkat, o Diyos, sapat Ka na
Pag-ibig Mo, kanlungan ko
Pangako Mo, sandigan ko

Meaning & Inspiration
“Tagumpay” by Victory Worship is a Filipino worship song, and the title means “victory.” The opening lines say the singer will not fear the roar of the waves and, in the middle of darkness, is not alone. He will not be shaken because God is his hope.
The chorus gives the reason: there is nothing else to look for, because God is enough. His love is a refuge and His promise a support. These lines are close to Psalm 46:1-2 on God as refuge, and to Psalm 62:6 on being unshaken.
The bridge repeats “Narito na, narito na, ang tagumpay ay narito na,” meaning the victory is here. It is sung again and again, with a tone close to 1 Corinthians 15:57. The song returns to the chorus at the end. It is a short declaration of trust and victory.
