XIII Minutes

XIII Minutes is an American alternative metal and metalcore band formed in late 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The band’s name refers to the time it takes to be spiritually fit each day, among other spiritual meanings. They released their debut album, Obsessed, in 2019 on Rottweiler Records. Following a period of hiatus that began in 2021, the band returned in 2022 with a new lineup. The current members are Jerrod Cunningham (vocals), Thomas Wheat (guitar and backing vocals), and Jamie Kucinski (drums). XIII Minutes is signed to NRT Music, and their music frequently addresses mental health issues and spiritual battles, aiming to give honor and glory to Christ.

The band has released several singles, including “Who Told You,” “Cult Leader,” “Stay,” “Fake,” “Water Vice,” and “Sibling Rivalry.” The track “Who Told You” reached the top of Christian rock charts, and the single “Panic,” released in 2026, reached number twelve on ChristianRock.Net charts.
