Vale Montes

Vale Montes is a Puerto Rican Catholic singer, songwriter, and educator who uses music as a tool for evangelization. Born in Florida to Puerto Rican parents, she was raised primarily in Puerto Rico. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Puerto Rico. Her father, Carlos Javier Montes, is a member of the Catholic ministry group Son By 4, and his influence helped shape her musical upbringing.

Montes began her journey in music ministry in 2019, and she has served as a member of the Missionary Team of the Diocese of Arecibo. In 2021, she released her debut solo album, Alas. The project includes songs such as “Tu Misericordia,” “Tú en Mí, Yo en Ti,” “Ven Espíritu de Dios,” and “Spirit of the Living God,” as well as “Be Still” and “Llévame a Descansar.”

Throughout her career, Montes has collaborated with a number of artists, including Son By 4, Jesse Demara, and Echo Harbor Worship. With Echo Harbor Worship, she recorded “Song of Praise.” Her work reflects her commitment to blending her personal faith with her professional life as an educator, reaching listeners through both Spanish and English worship music.
