Country pop artist who is one half of the chart-topping, platinum-selling duo Florida Georgia Line alongside Brian Kelley. Their album Here's to the Good Times reached #1 on the US Country charts.
He started playing guitar in high school and went on to attend Belmont University. He met his bandmate, Brian Kelley, there.
He won the New Artist of the Year Award from the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2013 and, at the 2014 CMA Awards, he and Kelley were named Vocal Duo of the Year.
Family Life
He was raised with a younger sister. His parents are named Roy Wayne and Amy. He married Hayley Stommel in July of 2015. They welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Olivia Rose, in December of 2017. Their son Luca Reed was born in August 2019 and their son Atlas Roy arrived in September 2020.
