About Tribute Quartet
Tribute Quartet is an American Southern Gospel quartet based in Nashville, Tennessee, focused on sharing the message of the Gospel through music. The group was founded in 2006 by Gary Casto and Josh Singletary. Its current members include Gary Casto, Josh Singletary, Gus Gaches, and Ian Owens.
Early in its career, Tribute Quartet was named Breakthrough Artist of the Year by Absolutely Gospel Music in 2008. That same year, readers of Singing News magazine voted the group Horizon Group of the Year. In 2014, the quartet signed a recording agreement with Daywind Records. The group has performed at venues and events including the National Quartet Convention and Dollywood, and its music has been featured on networks such as TBN.
Tribute Quartet has released several albums, including Quartet Tribute, Vol. 3, Always Grace, Once Again, Living the Stories, Here for You, and Journey of Hope. Among its recorded songs are “Good News From Jerusalem” and “Halfway up the Mountain.”
In 2021, Gary Casto was inducted into the West Virginia Southern Gospel Music Association’s Hall of Fame. The group received a GMA Dove Award nomination for Southern Gospel Album of the Year for Quartet Tribute, Vol. 3 in 2024. In 2025, Josh Singletary was named Musician of the Year at the Absolutely Gospel Music (AGM) Awards.
